Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Reading Center for Health and Rehabilitation Reading Center for Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. Responsibilities:
Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic activities to improve patients' functional abilities, mobility, and independence Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist Accurately document treatments, progress notes, and outcomes in a timely manner Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and facility guidelines Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current state licensure/certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Knowledge of rehabilitation practices and patient care techniques Experience in skilled nursing, outpatient, or hospital settings preferred Why Join Us? Pay:
$32.00 - $40.00 per hour
