Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Crofton Crofton, MD $33-$38/hour Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. We're seeking someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, values teamwork, and wants to help residents regain confidence and independence in their daily lives.

In This Role You Will:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Help residents improve everyday skills including dressing, grooming, transfers, and functional mobility Use therapeutic activities and adaptive techniques to support recovery and independence Encourage resident participation and build positive therapeutic relationships Communicate resident progress and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:
