Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) Are you passionate about helping children thrive in a unique and meaningful therapy environment? Taking the Lead is looking for a compassionate and motivated COTA or OTR to join our growing equine-assisted therapy team! Our program combines the healing power of horses with evidence-based therapy to support children and individuals with diverse needs in reaching their goals.
What We're Looking For:
Licensed/Certified COTA or OTR Passion for working with children and families Team-oriented, positive, and adaptable Interest in hippotherapy or equine-assisted services is a plus!
What You'll Do:
Provide and support occupational therapy sessions in a dynamic farm setting Collaborate with therapists, volunteers, and staff Help create engaging and meaningful therapeutic experiences Make a lasting impact in the lives of our clients Experience the joy of therapy beyond the clinic walls — where every ride can help change a life.
