Job Description

Ref #: 9131809 Local contract opportunity in Lanham, MD starting Jun 08, 2026 — 14 weeks. Full-week schedule (Sun-Sat).
Compensation:
Local PPW $1505/35 hours; hourly rate $43.
Requirements:
Active, valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license. Registry personnel must present state or federal photo ID at facility entry and wear a facility photo badge at all times.
Key responsibilities:
Support the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients to determine physical and functional limitations. Implement therapeutic interventions and activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and activities of daily living. Instruct patients and caregivers on safe use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, progress, and changes in condition. Follow safety and infection-control protocols to ensure a secure therapy environment.
