This role offers a variety of opportunities to provide therapeutic evaluations, treatment, and interventions in Occupational Therapy. We work with all children, adolescents and young adults. Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited university with a BA or associate degree in occupational therapy that is recognized by the AOTA required. Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Minnesota. Valid driver's license is preferred. Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel independently throughout the metro area within a reasonable amount of time is required. Job Duties:
Contributes to evaluations and re-evaluations as delegated by the occupational therapist within 30 days of doctor's order, and establish appropriate treatment goals. Provide therapeutic treatment according to each client's established intervention treatment Maintain complete, current, accurate and timely documentation for each client. Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress. Maintains files and/or records in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist for the purpose of documenting activities and/or ensuring an up to date record of compliance with various state, federal, and administrative regulations. Communicate appropriate aspects of the client's program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members. Employee Referral Bonuses Compensation:
