We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support our long-term care team. Required Skills:
  • Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
  • Proven experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
  • Strong understanding of therapy practices, treatments, and patient safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately

Have Skills:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Knowledge of rehabilitative techniques for diverse patient needs
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a long-term care or sub-acute rehabilitation environment

  • Ability to work Day shifts; scheduling flexibility is a plus
  • Willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain upon hire)
