Overview Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) needed for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility located in Butte, MT. This 13-week opportunity starts on May 25, 2026. Weekly pay ranges from $1,215 to $1,283 per week. Guaranteed hours are 36 per week, with potential for 40-hour weeks.

Skilled Nursing Facility•Employment type: Travel•Temporary Assignment Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT, delivering care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Assess resident needs and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Facilitate activities of daily living training and functional mobility to enhance independence. Document patient progress, communicate with the OT team, and maintain accurate clinical records. Ensure safety and infection control during therapy sessions and manage equipment as appropriate. Educate residents and families about home exercise programs and progress toward goals; support discharge planning as needed. Requirements Active Montana COTA license in good standing;
NBCOT COTA
certification. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in rehabilitation, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting. Ability to work the Day shift for a 13-week travel assignment. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to meet credentialing requirements for travel assignments.
