Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy treatments and interventions as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist Assist patients in developing skills and techniques to improve daily living activities Document patient progress and contribute to individualized care plans Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other team members Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home exercise programs
