Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Opportunities Full-Time | Open to Part-Time & PRN Join a team that is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through compassionate, skilled therapy services. We are currently seeking dedicated O ccupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing setting. We are open to Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates who are motivated, patient-focused, and enjoy working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide individualized occupational therapy treatments focused on daily living skills and functional independence Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and adaptive techniques Contribute to a positive and supportive rehab environment
What We're Looking For:
Current OT or COTA license in the applicable state Strong communication and documentation skills Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented professionals
