Job Description

Pediatric Occupational Therapist/ Occupational Therapist Assistant Circle Therapy | Charlotte, NC Circle Therapy is a pediatric occupational therapy practice providing services in both clinic and natural environments, including homes and daycares. With established clinics in Mebane and Lexington, we are continuing to grow into the Charlotte area. Our mission is reflected in our motto: "Your Child, Your Family, Your Home, Your Clinic." We are passionate about delivering creative, family-centered care that supports children in the environments where they live, learn, and play. We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist/ Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC immediately . This role will begin with a part-time caseload and grow into a full-time caseload , offering a supportive and flexible transition, ideal for both new graduates and experienced clinicians. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy services to children (ages 0-21) in home, daycare, and community-based settings Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans Collaborate closely with families and caregivers using a family-centered approach Be part of a collaborative, supportive therapy team What Makes Us Different Strong emphasis on mentorship and professional growth Weekly mentorship meetings and ongoing support Monthly team and clinical collaboration meetings A culture focused on long-term career development Opportunities to build skills in areas like feeding/oral motor and sensory processing What We're Looking For Creative, flexible, and team-oriented clinicians Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for pediatrics Interest in working with children across all developmental stages Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
