- Mountain View Care Center, a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, is seeking a talented and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our per diem team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to guests with various physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the occupational therapist
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to help guests achieve their maximum functional levels
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and benefit to our guests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of treatments and progress
