Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant! Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Our pediatric clinic in Henderson is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Assistant to play a key role in managing and maintaining our dynamic therapy department. We're searching for someone, with 1
  • _ year pediatric experience minimum (preferred) and/or clinical rotations with pediatrics (references needed), _who can design and implement creative therapy programs
  • , work hands-on with patients, and collaborate closely with families to make a lasting impact.
If you have a strong background in pediatric therapy and a natural ability to connect with both children and parents, we want you on our team!

What You'll Be Doing:
Build meaningful connections with infants, children, and their caretakers Conduct physical and sensory evaluations with care and precision Guide patients through occupational therapy exercises and tasks Apply core concepts of pediatric occupational therapy in daily practice Safely operate medically approved equipment Uphold and respect patient rights at all times This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to make a difference in children's lives every single day while enjoying incredible benefits and a supportive team environment
