Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Physical Therapist (PT). Assist in developing and implementing individualized OT/PT service plans. Complete therapy assessments, progress notes, monthly summaries, and required clinical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support therapeutic goals and services. Provide education and training to staff regarding therapy-related supports and interventions. Identify and request adaptive equipment and therapy-related supplies. Monitor individual progress and communicate updates or concerns to supervising clinicians. Ensure compliance with agency policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.What You Bring:
Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant through the New York State Department of Education required. Minimum of one (1) year of related experience preferred. Valid Drivers License, reliable transportation and ability to meet Agency Motor Vehicle Operating Requirements (MVOR). Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment. Ability to provide hands-on support and therapeutic interventions. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Ability to meet SCIP and/or agency vehicle operator requirements.Our Mission & Culture:
