Monitor residents' performance in therapy activities, provide encouragement and document on residents as needed. Teach residents how to use special equipment to assist with daily function. collaborate with the OT to establish a rehabilitation plan. Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort

COTA Requirements Include:
