Description PRN OTA (COTA) position. Weekdays and weekends available. Why Concept Rehab Therapist-owned & operated for 40+ years - clinical decisions driven by clinicians Consistent PRN need with reliable ongoing hours Flexible scheduling , including weekday & weekend options Premium PRN pay differential Supportive, collaborative environment focused on patient care and therapist growth Requirements Role Overview Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist. Focus on improving mobility, function, ADLs, cognition, and strength while ensuring excellent patient outcomes. What You'll Do Deliver treatments according to established care plans Communicate patient progress with OT, care team, and families Complete timely, accurate documentation and daily billing Support care planning, discharge processes, and team meetings Educate caregivers and staff on functional and maintenance programs What We're Looking For Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently in a flexible PRN role Availability for consistent PRN coverage, including weekends
