Job Description

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Graduated from an accredited program with a Degree and license in Ohio for Occupational Therapy.
Job Knowledge:
Successful completion of Occupational Therapy Registration Exam carrying designation of Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) or COTA certification.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a fun and passionate OTR or COTA with experience to support fine motor and sensory needs for children within our practice. Must have a desire to work with children and be team oriented, professional, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and independence. Option to work within our clinic in Strongsville, support EI, and support our partnerships. As a team, we work to help you create your dream schedule to support a work schedule that enhances your life. Depending on education and licensure (cota vs OTR/L) Dependent on certification Performs evaluations, treatment, planning and implementation, and discharge planning for patients. Supervision available if necessary. Manages all planning for on caseload patients. Manages all assigned patients, paperwork that is associated, and aids in all department functions that are assigned by supervisor. Assists with ordering of supplies, maintaining safe environment. Will seek out continuing education and maintain effective communication with patients, family and other staff members.
Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
