Full-Time | School-Based | New Graduates Welcome Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in a school-based setting. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students in developing the skills necessary for success in the classroom and daily school activities. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of developmental, sensory, and motor needs. Support students with skills such as handwriting, fine motor coordination, sensory regulation, and self-care tasks. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records in accordance with district and state requirements. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other related service providers to support student success. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when appropriate. Assist with preparing therapy materials and maintaining therapy equipment. Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Active or eligible Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Oklahoma. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and organizational skills.
