  • Full-time Job Title Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Location Beaverton, OR Schedule / Job Type Full-time, onsite Key Responsibilities Assist in the treatment of patients with physical, emotional, mental, or developmental impairments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment programs focused on patient goals based on physician directives. Support patients with rehabilitative activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment instructing residents and families on home programs and daily living skills. Demonstrate clinical reasoning to monitor and evaluate patient progress. Maintain punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts. Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and therapy goals. Required Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program. Current COTA license valid in the state of Oregon. CPR certification. Preferred Experience / Skills Six months of experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with healthcare team members. Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and professional demeanor.
