This is a critical role supporting students with diverse needs in accessing and benefiting from their educational experience. About the Role The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) provides education-related occupational therapy services to students with a variety of cognitive, emotional, or physical disabilities under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist. This position collaborates with staff, families, and service providers to support student access, participation, and progress in school environments. Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans, supporting student skill development, maintaining records, and assisting with adaptive strategies that promote independence and success in the classroom. Applicants must hold a valid Oregon COTA license and a National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification. 182 days per year / 8 hours per day

Salary Range:

$23.86-$32.46 per hour, Salary placement will be dependent upon verified full-time experience Includes an excellent benefits package, including 6% PERS retirement "employee contribution" paid by the District, and tuition reimbursement available Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change Position will begin September 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
