We are growing and looking for a super star COTA who is comfortable treating both inpatient/SNF and outpatient settings. This role offers a flexible schedule and with our growth, we will add consistent and additional hours to adjust to the caseload. In a stunning pocket of South Eugene, OR Cascade Manor is a Life Plan Community with top-notch services and tight-knit community vibes. Cascade Manor is part of Pacific Retirement Systems (PRS) who develops, operates, manages, and markets a family of nearly 60 retirement communities and service organizations in eight states across the United States. Job Summary:
COTA/L shall implement the plan of care as established by the OTR/L and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care. Qualifications Must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations. Active state license required.
