Compensation $60,682 - $98,792 Total Compensation (varies by role & level) 24-29 billable hours/week (full-time) | You choose your level Base salary: $53,000 - $90,000 depending on role (OT or COTA) and chosen level Want more time off? River Levels offer up to 10.2 weeks PTO Want higher income? Mountain Levels offer higher base with 5-7 weeks

PTO Bonuses:

$30/hr at 97-100% of target | $50/hr over 100%

What You'll Do Develop individualized treatment plans using dynamic, functional assessment—sensory, feeding, fine motor, ADLs, regulation—not just standardized testing Provide Caregiver Education as a billable service (because family involvement drives real progress) Collaborate through Medical Team Conferencing with interdisciplinary partners Develop group offerings that reflect your clinical passions Work in homes, community settings, and nature-based environments

For OTs:
