Sterling is a beautifully maintained facility located in Media, PA. We take pride in providing the community with an array of post-acute services and specialized programs We are looking for caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehabilitation Team! Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attends and contributes to patient care under the direction of the OT. 2. Responsible for effective and efficient delivery and documentation of occupational therapy services as outlined in the residents' plan of care. 3. Fully participates in patient care, staffing and other related meetings, supervised by OT and DOR. 4. Perform other duties as assigned and required to provide quality care to residents. Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
QUALIFICATIONS
1.Graduate of a school of Occupation Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Assocation and Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education standards. 2. Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License and able to practice in the state(s) of licensure. 3. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. 4. Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
