What You'll Do As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll help patients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and enhance their quality of life by: Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Assisting patients with activities of daily living and functional mobility Promoting safety, independence, and confidence Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes Building meaningful relationships with patients and families Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Pennsylvania COTA license or license eligibility New graduates welcome to apply Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork Why AdvantageCare Rehabilitation?
