Full-Time Join Our Team at Champion City! We are seeking a compassionate and driven Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing rehab team at Champion City Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pittsburgh, PA. At Champion City, our therapy team is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while helping residents regain independence and return to their highest level of function. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment that values both clinical excellence and professional growth. What You'll Do Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility Implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, coordination, and independence Accurately document treatments and progress in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state regulations Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, social services, and case management Participate in care plan meetings and therapy team discussions Contribute to a positive, team-oriented therapy culture Qualifications Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active COTA license in Pennsylvania SNF or post-acute experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment What We Offer Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision) Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Supportive leadership and strong team culture Why Champion City?
