Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents in improving independence with daily living activities Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient progress and outcomes Complete timely and accurate documentation Educate patients, families, and caregivers as needed Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standardsQualifications:
