- We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team at Kinzua Nursing and Rehab in Warren, Pennsylvania. Role:
- As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Kinzua Nursing and Rehab, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our residents.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Conducting occupational therapy sessions to improve residents' cognitive, physical, and emotional function
- Creating and implementing treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment
- Collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
