About the Role As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Small Steps, you'll play an integral role in a collaborative care team, partnering with families and fellow clinicians to design and deliver thoughtful, individualized treatment. You'll coordinate with your supervising OTRs to support children with sensory, motor, and developmental needs, using evidence-based and play-centered approaches that align with each child's strengths and goals.
