Job Description

With six locations, the Health Concepts family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers provides exceptional care in home-like settings in every corner of Rhode Island. Privately-owned by the Ryan family for more than 50 years, Health Concepts still operates on its founding tenet: Top quality care results from superior medical services delivered by professionals who place premium importance on nurturing each resident's needs and preferences Seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants for dynamic SNF environment. Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) program. Current state licensure required. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Come join our in-house therapy team! Full time, part time and PRN available. The COTA is responsible for treatment of residents in the SNF setting under the supervision of the registered therapist.
