• Pediatric Early Intervention East Coast Therapies | Myrtle Beach / Georgetown Area Job Description We're seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide home
• and community-based (daycare) therapy for pediatric patients with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social/emotional challenges.

This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a consistent caseload while making a meaningful impact on young children and their families. Compensation Compensation is structured to reward therapists who maintain a consistent caseload and bring experience in pediatrics or early intervention. $45

• 50 per session for therapists maintaining up to 19 sessions per week $50
• 55 per session for therapists maintaining 20-29 sessions per week $55
• 60 per session for therapists maintaining 30+ sessions per week Starting rates within each range are determined based on education level, years of experience, and pediatric/early intervention background .

New graduates typically begin toward the lower end of the range, while therapists with several years of pediatric experience and a consistent caseload may qualify toward the higher end. Additional Compensation $0.50 per mile reimbursement for driving between clients once a therapist reaches 20 sessions per week $30 per IFSP meeting (6-month reviews, annual meetings, and exit/close-out meetings) Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision Provide skilled interventions to support motor, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADLs, and social/emotional development Educate and coach caregivers to integrate therapeutic activities into daily routines Maintain ongoing communication with Early Interventionist (case manager) and other IFSP team members (PT, ST, ABA, etc.) Document patient progress in a timely manner within EMR systems (Clinic Source & BabyNet) Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards Join us in making a meaningful impact on children's lives while building a flexible and rewarding caseload in pediatric early intervention.
