PRN COTA
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will help residents improve independence, safety, confidence, and participation in meaningful daily activities.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist Delivering skilled interventions focused on ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, safety, and upper extremity function Supporting residents across multiple levels of care within the community Collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team Supporting continuity of care through communication and documentation Encouraging resident engagement, independence, and functional progress PRN Flexibility Without Feeling Disconnected Our PRN therapists benefit from scheduling flexibility while still remaining part of a consistent, supportive clinical team.
