Qualifications Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Tennessee. Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
