Key Responsibilities:
Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes Implement individualized treatment plans to promote developmental, sensory, and motor skills Monitor and document patient progress, reporting findings to supervising therapists Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic activities and strategies to support ongoing development Ensure a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided in compliance with agency policies and regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure or registration Prior experience working with pediatric populations preferred Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to care Join our dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality, family-centered pediatric care.
