Job Summary The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This role includes implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and supporting patients in improving independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions Assist patients with activities focused on improving daily living and functional independence Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) SNF/long-term care experience preferred Knowledge of current occupational therapy treatment practices Familiarity with Net Health electronic documentation system preferred Benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Apply today! #IND2Pay:
