Full-Time Help Residents Get Back to Doing What They Love! We're looking for a compassionate, creative, and hands-on Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our awesome rehab team. At Ruby Healthcare , we believe everyday tasks are extraordinary when they help someone regain independence and confidence. What You'll Do:
Implement fun, functional treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist Help residents improve their ability to perform daily activities (from dressing to gardening!) Document patient progress with clarity and accuracy Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, nurses, and the care team Encourage and motivate residents through creative interventions and a positive attitude Educate families and caregivers to support long-term success
What You Bring:
Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program Current COTA license in Texas Strong interpersonal skills and a caring heart A love for working with older adults SNF experience is a plus—but if you're new, we're happy to train the right person
