Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) | Part-Time, Flexible Schedule | Houston Area Schools The Tallest Trees is seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs/COTAs) to provide school-based services across the Houston area. We are actively building our team to support upcoming campus needs for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time W-2 position offering flexibility, consistent support, and clearly defined expectations. Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy services to students Support implementation of IEP goals and student accommodations Maintain accurate session notes and service documentation Collaborate with supervising OT and campus staff Qualifications Active Texas

OTA/COTA

license (required) School-based experience preferred 1 year pediatric experience (required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain a consistent, part-time schedule Additional Information Positions are available across multiple campuses in the Houston area. Placement is based on your location, availability, and campus needs. We prioritize clear communication, strong provider support, and realistic scheduling expectations. Limited 1099 opportunities may be available depending on assignment. OTs interested in supervision opportunities are also encouraged to apply.

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
