Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Pediatric Outpatient Clinic | Full-time | Longview, TX H2 Health is seeking a passionate, patient-centered Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing outpatient therapy team. You will work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative outpatient setting, treating a diverse orthopedic and neurological patient population. This role offers the opportunity to build strong patient relationships, deliver high-quality care, and grow your clinical skills within a team that values mentorship, communication, and continuous learning. Your Role Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient function and independence Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention Document patient progress accurately and efficiently within the EMR system Collaborate with therapists and clinic team members to deliver exceptional patient care Maintain a positive and professional environment that supports patient satisfaction and outcomes Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current state license or eligibility to obtain state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering patient centered care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Benefits Why Join H2 Health?
