We specialize in occupational and speech therapy for children from birth through 21. Our mission is to empower children and families through personalized, compassionate care and evidence-based practice in a playful, supportive environment.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our small but growing team of dedicated professionals. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with a variety of developmental, neurological, and sensory challenges. We have flexible options available, including full-time, part-time, or contract positions.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for children with fine motor, sensory processing, coordination, self-help, and social skill delays. (OTR) Provide engaging and effective occupational therapy sessions in a clinic-based setting. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support functional goals. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with state and insurance guidelines. Educate families on home programs and strategies to support carryover of skills. Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic activities.
Qualifications:
Current Texas Occupational Therapy License Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy Strong communication and collaboration skills CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
