  • Full Time Cascades at South Ogden (formerly South Ogden Post-Acute Rehab) Independence Rehab Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at Cascades at South Ogden, a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in South Ogden, UT.

About the Role As a COTA in a skilled nursing setting, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life. SNF Practice Highlights Treat a diverse caseload, including occasional clinically complex patients Perform and assist with all types of transfers Provide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice Collaborate closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team Competency training is available
