Charter School Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based therapy team for the 2026-2027 school year , beginning in August 2026 . This is an in-person position serving a school in the Provo area . Other locations available in Eagle Mountain, Pleasant Grove and Herriman areas. Applicant does not need to accept all locations. We are offering flexible scheduling options , with opportunities ranging from part-time to full-time hours based on candidate availability and school needs. We offer $200 towards your therapy bag per school year. This is a W2 position. At Charter School Therapy, we are committed to supporting students with special needs in a collaborative educational environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive. Position Responsibilities Provide school-based occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Support students in achieving IEP goals and improving functional participation in the school setting Collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, therapists, and families Maintain accurate treatment notes, documentation, and administrative records Participate in team meetings and communicate student progress Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs Qualifications Current Utah COTA license required Experience in pediatrics and/or school-based therapy preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Must successfully pass a background check Why Join Us?
