00 Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Emporia, VA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment. This will be for a 13 week assignment contract, working a Monday-Friday with alternating weekends schedule. Required Qualifications Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled Experience:

1 year OTA-VA Preferred Qualifications Proper State License Skilled Nursing/long term care experience

• since October 2019 (PDPM experience) Rehab Optima (Net Health) Negative

test required (usually within 7-10 days of start)
