  • 75 per visit with mileage reimbursement. VIGEO Health is a Medicare-certified, CHAP-accredited skilled home health agency serving Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties. What You Get $60
  • 75 per visit + mileage reimbursement + bonus opportunities Typical visits are approximately 45-60 minutes; pay is per completed visit Start with a minimum of 8 visits per month, with opportunity to increase based on your availability and patient census Set your own schedule Performance bonuses for last-minute visit pickups and approved outside-territory coverage Choose your preferred service territory within Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, or nearby approved coverage areas Patient assignments are grouped geographically whenever possible to reduce drive time App-based communication for scheduling, updates, and care coordination Why This Role Works Flexible PRN/per diem schedule Territory-based visits across Northern Virginia Mileage reimbursement Clinical support from supervising OTs, Nursing, PT, and Clinical Management Why COTAs / Occupational Therapy Assistants Choose VIGEO Clear, OT-established Plans of Care•no guesswork Streamlined documentation and scheduling support•focus on patient care Strong interdisciplinary support from OT, PT, Nursing, and Clinical Management No facility-based productivity pressure or double-booking expectations This Role Is Ideal For COTAs / Occupational Therapy Assistants who want flexibility without sacrificing income Clinicians balancing multiple jobs or schedules Experienced Occupational Therapy Assistants who want less micromanagement Providers tired of SNF/outpatient burnout or rigid hours What You'll Do Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions under OT-established Plans of Care Support patients with ADLs, functional mobility, upper extremity use, home safety, energy conservation, and adaptive techniques Reinforce patient and caregiver education, home programs, and safety strategies Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or concerns to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary care team Complete timely visit documentation aligned with Medicare home health standards and agency expectations Requirements Active Virginia Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program 1-2+ years clinical experience Home health experience preferred; skilled nursing, rehab, outpatient, acute care, or geriatric experience welcome Reliable transportation Comfortable with at least 8 visits/month (PRN); weekend availability is optional unless separately agreed upon Service Area Currently hiring across Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties Medicare-certified and CHAP-accredited home health provider serving Northern Virginia with a growing interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
