This opportunity offers professional growth in a collaborative and supportive rehab environment. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to assist with patient treatments, help implement care plans, and support patients in improving their daily living skills and functional independence. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising OT Document treatments accurately and timely in EMR Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team Qualifications Active COTA license in the state of practice CPR/BLS certification preferred Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced Skilled Nursing Facility environment Ready for your next travel assignment? for this 13‑week COTA contract!
