We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who loves working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact every day. What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to help children build independence and functional skills Support Occupational Therapists with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation Collaborate with a fun, interdisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for each child Educate and empower families with strategies and home programs Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress
