4-Week Summer Program Looking for a rewarding, short-term summer role? Soliant is actively searching for a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team on Whidbey Island, Washington for a concise, 4-week Extended School Year (ESY) program! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly supportive environment and help students maintain their functional and fine motor skills over the summer break, all while enjoying a great work-life balance with a 20-hour work week. We are scheduling interviews right now, and previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued. What You'll Do Provide engaging, direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement existing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to prevent the regression of students' skills during the summer. Support students' sensory processing, fine motor, and self-care needs to maintain their educational access. Collaborate closely with the supervising OT, summer educators, and the special education team. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation of student progress. What We're Looking For Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Active Washington OTA license is
REQUIRED
. Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred.
