Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Prior experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting strongly preferred Strong communication and documentation abilities Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environmentCore Responsibilities:
