Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support patients through treatment plans, helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of upper extremity and hand treatmentsProficiency in manual therapy techniquesKnowledge of occupational therapy stretches and exercisesPhysical strength and stamina, including the ability to safely lift and assist patientsAbility to follow and execute detailed instructions accuratelySkilled in measuring range of motionUnderstanding of how to progress treatment plansAbility to recommend modifications to the Occupational Therapist when appropriateExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient careStrong attention to detail, reporting skills, and documentation accuracyProficiency in manual therapy, stretches, and range of motion measurement QualificationsNBCOT certified; graduate from an accredited collegeCurrent state of Wyoming licenseOutgoing and energetic personality Additional InformationCompensation and benefits:
