Overview Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)•Sheridan, WY, United States. This travel assignment starts on 05/25/2026 for 13 weeks in a long-term care (LTC) setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,272 to $1,349 with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is Days. The role operates in a LTC•Nursing Home environment under the supervision of licensed rehabilitation leadership, with Healthforce Healthcare LLC coordinating the temporary assignment.

Long-term care (LTC)•Nursing Home Responsibilities Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to residents in the LTC setting, focusing on activities of daily living and mobility to promote independence. Conduct assessments and participate in initial evaluations; contribute to treatment planning and goal setting under applicable supervision. Implement and document treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust goals in collaboration with the OT team and interdisciplinary staff. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic records and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, social work, and family members to coordinate care plans, discharge planning, and safety precautions.
