We are currently seeking a full-time Surgical Scrub Technician to support our busy Ophthalmic Ambulatory Surgery Center , where we specialize in advanced eye procedures that make a lasting impact on patients' lives. About the
Role:
As a Surgical Scrub Tech, you will play a critical role in supporting our surgical team by ensuring a sterile environment, preparing instruments and equipment, and assisting the surgeon during ophthalmic procedures. You'll be responsible for anticipating the needs of the surgical team and maintaining a smooth workflow in the operating room.
What We're Looking For:
Certification or prior scrub tech experience is required Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ophthalmic surgery experience is a plus but not required
