Ophthalmic Technician (Entry-Level Friendly) - North Scottsdale/North Phoenix Horizon Eye Specialists & LASIK Center Horizon Eye Specialists & LASIK Center is a busy, patient-centered ophthalmology and optometry practice seeking a motivated, self-starting Ophthalmic Technician to join our growing team. Our team includes 7 ophthalmologists specializing in cornea, refractive surgery, glaucoma, and general ophthalmology, along with 10 optometrists providing comprehensive vision care. We are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience while utilizing the latest technology and maintaining the highest standards of care. What You'll Do Perform diagnostic testing Conduct patient work-ups, including refractometry Accurately document patient information in electronic medical records Assist physicians during exams and procedures Maintain patient flow and clinic efficiency Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and patient service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in ophthalmology or optometry is a plus, but not required
