We provide a range of ophthalmic services, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and LASIK consultations, as well as aesthetic services like Botox and fillers. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and personalized solutions for each patient. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ophthalmic Technician. The Ophthalmic Technician will work closely with our optometrists and ophthalmologists to assist with eye exams, perform diagnostic tests such as fundus photography, and document patient information using an electronic health record system. Additionally, the Ophthalmic Technician will provide scribe functions and support the clinical triage process. Qualifications Experience in optometry, ophthalmology, or medicine is preferred Certified Ophthalmic Assistant or Certified Ophthalmic Technician is preferred Proficiency in performing diagnostic tests such as fundus photography Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in scribe functions Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include certification as an Ophthalmic Technician, knowledge of electronic health record systems, and experience in patient care.Similar jobs in El Segundo, CA
